Online shipping & deliveries

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions (*), offering free shipping for orders over 350€. All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day. We ship our orders via DHL, once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by a tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox. Autre Aura is not responsible for any payment custom costs.

Online exchange and return policy

We offer exchanges on full price, unworn and unwashed garments with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt of the order. Autre Aura is not responsible for return shipping nor return customs / duty costs. Please contact info@autreaura.com prior to sending a return or exchange.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, once we receive and check the product. Allow up to 15 days from that date for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
